Yellow Peas
The grain we mill most, and the one our regular buyers know us for. Milled in volume, every working day.
Yellow Split Peas (Dāl)
Clean, bright, uniform split. Graded by size and colour so a bag from one consignment matches a bag from the next. Supplied to wholesale merchants and branded packers.
Whole Cleaned Yellow Peas
Cleaned and graded, not split. Supplied to snack and namkeen manufacturers who process the whole grain themselves.
Broken Peas
Undersize split separated at grading. Bought by besan millers and feed mills.
Chilka & Atti
Husk and bran off the dehuller. Collected on schedule by cattle and poultry feed mills.
Chana and Kabuli Chana
Chana Dāl
Split black chickpeas, cleaned and graded on the same plant and to the same standard as our yellow pea line.
Whole Black Chana
Cleaned whole grain for traders and processors.
Kabuli Chana
Whole cleaned and split, sorted by size and colour — the two things a Kabuli buyer judges first.
Chana Flour
Milled from our own split rather than bought in, so the flour traces back to the grain it came from.
Masoor and more
Masoor Whole Cleaned
Cleaned to the standard packers expect, ready for retail packing or further processing.
Dāl Masoor
Split red lentil, graded and bagged to order.
Moong Split
Run to order alongside our main lines.
Ask us
If there is a pulse you buy in volume and cannot get milled properly, tell us. We would rather quote honestly than take on a line we cannot hold to standard.
Besan and Rice Flour
A separate line on the same site, fed by our own split.
Besan
Consistent colour, consistent grind, milled from split we produced ourselves. We are not buying flour in and putting our name on it.
Rice Flour
Milled on its own line for snack manufacturers and traders, to the same standard as the besan.
